1. Introduction

Welcome to Loan Point, located at Shop No. 57, Alibhai Tower, Shivaji Nagar, Nanded, Maharashtra – 431602 (“Loan Point”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, digital communication platforms including WhatsApp Official Business API and Rich Communication Services (RCS), and related financial facilitation services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

These Terms are drafted in compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended), RBI guidelines (where applicable), and Meta & telecom regulatory communication policies.

  • “Third-Party Provider” means banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, Meta Platforms Inc., telecom providers, etc.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Loan Point services, you:

  • Confirm you have read and understood these Terms.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws.
  • Consent to communication via digital channels including WhatsApp and RCS.
  • Confirm that information provided is accurate and lawful.

Continued use of services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.


4. Description of Services

Loan Point operates as a loan facilitation and financial assistance service provider. We assist customers in:

  • Identifying suitable loan products
  • Connecting with partner banks/NBFCs
  • Assisting in documentation
  • Providing updates via digital communication channels
  • Customer support via WhatsApp Business API & RCS

Loan Point does not act as a lender unless explicitly stated. Final loan approval rests solely with the respective bank or NBFC.


5. Eligibility

To use Loan Point services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally competent to contract under Indian law
  • Provide valid identification and accurate information
  • Not use services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating eligibility criteria.


6. Account Registration

You agree to maintain confidentiality of login credentials and OTPs. Loan Point shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

  • Processing assistance fees

All charges will be transparently communicated before acceptance. Payments must be made via authorized payment channels.

Loan approval fees charged by banks/NBFCs are separate and not controlled by Loan Point.


9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

If subscription-based services are offered:

  • Fees may be recurring unless cancelled.
  • Users may terminate services by written notice.
  • Loan Point reserves the right to suspend services for breach.

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.


10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Loan Point uses:

  • Meta WhatsApp Business API
  • Google RCS Messaging

By engaging with us, you consent to:

  • Receiving transactional messages
  • OTP verifications
  • Loan updates
  • Service notifications

We strictly follow:

  • Meta Business Messaging Policy
  • TRAI regulations
  • Anti-spam compliance
  • Opt-in/opt-out protocols

Users may opt out anytime by replying “STOP”.


11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Loan Point ensures:

  • No unsolicited promotional spam
  • Messages only after user consent

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

15. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed service fees paid to Loan Point.

17. Governing Law (India)

These Terms shall be governed by laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Courts of Nanded, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
